LTFab continue work towards protecting our customer’s interests & strive hard to satisfy your needs with our friendly customer services. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. To ensure this, we have designed hassle-free and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable.

What is Return Policy?

Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and exchange for:

  • Products which you may not like for quality, color or design related issues

  • Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition

  • Products not as per description/photo on the website, 

All products must be returned in their original condition along with the bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by the outside. Note: Items falling under following categories CANNOT be return

  • Custom stitched products

What is process for Return Product?

You can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery, in either of the two ways:

1st Method:

Sign into your LTFab account if you are a registered customer. (Faster method)

For easy return follow below mentioned easy process:

  • Go to My Account
  1. Select the “My Return” Tab.
  2. Click “Request New Return” Tab
  3. Select Order Id then “Next Step”
  4. Select “Reason”, “Condition”, “Resolution” for Return process
  5. Attach Product Images Then Select “SUBMIT REQUEST”
  6. RMA Request Auto Generated.
  7. Back to “MY RETURN” Menu select “View Return”
  8. “Print RMA Packing Slip” then Print it.
  9. Pack product & send Address as Mention in RMA Slip.
  10. When we received the product then Product Amount will be refund your Store Credit Account.

2nd Method:

By Calling & Whatsapp +91-99786 15108 to Our customer support team sending images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Please mention your order number when you communicate with us.
(We need photos of the products received so that we can defend your dispute quickly better way)


Please go through the below points to find out whether your shipment is eligible for return or note: -

  • For a return, customer needs to raise query through customer care number +91-9978615108 or Create RMA through user account within 3 working days of the received product, once our customer care executive approves the query, they will assist you with warehouse address and return procedure.

  • If a customer wants to return the product, in any case, they need to send the product by their own courier service to our warehouse and only after approval from our customer care executive. LTFab will not bear the courier charges.

  • As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse you will get store credit (Amount will be refunded in the wallet of customer by means of reward.) which can be used to purchase anything else from the website.

  • Store credit is valid for lifetime. There is no expiry. 

  • We do add almost 100+ designs daily so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever-increasing collection.

  • Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect in the delivered product.

  • Amount can be Replace/Store Credit only when we receive the product back at our ware house.

  • We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item

  • We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

  • For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • We will not process a refund in case you do not like the product due to any reason. A store credit will be authorized in this case. Our customers are hereby notified that we do not accept any cancellations

  • No returns shall be accepted for the items sold in clearance sale or during any promotional offers.

  • Returns are accepted only when the products returned are intact with original brand tags, packaging & are unused without any damage.

  • We do not accept direct returns to our warehouse without prior intimation. Customer needs to get in touch with our Customer Service Team before sending the product to our warehouse.

  • If customers return the product without any prior information to our customer support then the parcel will not be accepted back.

  • A person who ordered from our website, is agreed to our all the terms & conditions mentioned as above. One who does not agree with them, should not proceed to order anything from our website

  • All the legal cases will be the treated in only Surat jurisdiction court.
